CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to purchase seven traffic signal poles from Parsons Electric in the amount of $162,286.00, payable from fund 411-035-5530 (permanent improvement, capital projects accounts, improvements other than buildings). 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes the purchase of seven Type PA85-A traffic signal poles from Parsons Electric in the amount of $162,286.00.

The signal poles are being purchased for the 21^st Avenue East reconstruction. These materials are being pre-ordered to ensure availability due to long lead times.

Purchasing issued an invitation to bid on February 28, 2022 and received one bid as listed below. PEC Solutions, dba Parsons Electric submitted the only responsive bid.
