RESOLUTION REVISING DESIGNATED ARCHERY DEER HUNTING AREA NEAR DULUTH INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

CITY PROPOSAL:
WHEREAS, the Duluth City Code Section 6-77 provides for a limited and controlled archery deer hunt in the city; and
WHEREAS, pursuant to Duluth City Code Section 6-77(f)(1), archery deer hunting areas may be designated by council.
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby directed to revise the designated archery deer hunting area near the Duluth International Airport substantially in the form of attached Exhibit A.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution revises the archery deer hunting area near the Duluth International Airport to provide a buffer zone between airport property and the hunting area.
