RESOLUTION APPROVING ISSUANCE OF AN ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE AND SUNDAY LICENSE TO CORKTOWN, LLC

CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves  issuance of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license and Sunday license for the period ending August 31, 2023, subject to departmental approvals, and further subject to the Liquor Control Commissioner:

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The Duluth Police Department reviewed this application and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission recommended it for approval at their April meeting, subject to departmental approvals.
