CITY PROPOSAL:

that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to accept reimbursement monies from the State of Minnesota, acting through its commissioner of public safety on behalf of the Bureau of Criminal Apprehension ("BCA"); said monies to be used to reimburse the Duluth Police Department officers for overtime expenses incurred and allowed for their participation in the State of Minnesota's Anti-Heroin Task Force Program as more fully set forth in the Joint Powers Agreement attached hereto as Document A
