CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with Tanksco Inc. for the Water Tower Reconditioning - Proctor and Bayview Project in the amount of $986,000.00, payable out of Water Infrastructure Surcharge Fund 511, Department/Agency 500, Division 1905, Object 5533, City Project no. 2360.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes City officials to contract with Tanksco Inc. for replacement of Proctor and Bayview water tower coating, in the amount of $986,000.00. Tankco, Inc. was the lowest responsive bidder of four bids received. The construction will use budgeted capital funds payable from Water Infrastructure Fund 511, Department/Agency 500, Division 1905, Object 5533, City Project no. 2360.
