CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement, substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A, for professional grant research and writing services from January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023 for an amount not to exceed $40,000 per year, payable from 205-130-1219-5310 (Parks Fund; Community Resources; Parks Operating; Contract Services).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a three year contract with Christine Penney for professional grant research and writing services effective January 1, 2021 to December 31, 2023. Christine Penney’s services will include grant research, grant reporting, applications, and administration work in support of park, trail, and green space protection projects across the city. A copy of the consultant’s statement of work is included as Exhibit A.
