CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the assessment roll attached as Exhibit A for the Sanitary Sewer Extension for Westwood Lane is hereby confirmed and interest rate for this contract set at 4.91 percent.
The total assessable amount of this project (Contract 2026001 - Fund 530) is $196,608 FURTHER RESOLVED, that Resolution No. 25-0058R is hereby replaced.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution confirms the assessment of the above related project of Westwood Lane, for which we have a signed agreement with the property owners on file in the Engineer’s office.
This resolution also replaces previously adopted Resolution No. 25-0058R, which confirmed an assessment roll covering three properties originally included in Project 1902 and subsequently subdivided into ten properties following completion of the project.
