Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution is to finalize the 2016 CDBG Program portion of the Community Development program. The city budgeted $2,210,210 in Resolution 15-0859R. When the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) officially notified the City of the 2016 allocation would be $2,190,293, which is a decrease of $19,917 from the anticipated amount. The community development committee considered these revisions and concurred with the recommended award reductions.
