CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that contract 30864 with LHB, Inc. for professional engineering services
for the Bardon’s Peak Skyline Parkway Improvements project, be amended to include the additional design services that were not included in the scope of the original contract, to provide construction administration services as detailed in the attached fee estimates, and to increase the amount by $221,298.00 for a new total of $410,458.00 payable from Street Improvement Fund 440, Department 035 (Capital Projects Account), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), City project no. 1608, SP 118-060-013.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends contract 30864 with LHB, Inc. by
an estimated amount of $221,298.00. This amendment is necessary due to the increase in scope from the original design contract and the adding of construction services as detailed in the attached fee estimates to the contract. City staff requires assistance from LHB to perform design and construction administration services for the Bardon’s Peak Skyline Parkway Improvements project.
