CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an amendment, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A, with Tyler Technologies, Inc., to add Decision Engine to the comprehensive community development and business management software system for an initial increase of $8,700 and new amount of $724,411, payable as follows:

$ 1,087.50 510-500-1940-2400-5310 (water, Public Works and Utilities, customer services, customer accounts, contract services)

$ 1,740.00 520-500-1940-2400-5310 (gas, Public Works and Utilities, customer services, customer accounts, contract services)

$ 870.00 530-500-1940-2400-5310 (sewer, Public Works and Utilities, customer services, customer accounts, contract services)

$ 652.50 535-500-1940-2400-5310 (stormwater, Public Works and Utilities, customer services, customer accounts, contract services)

$ 4,350.00 110-132-1304-5414 (general, planning & construction services, construction srvs & inspection, software licenses and maintenance agreements)

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to pay monthly fees of $725.00 from their various operating accounts for as long as the City continues to use the Decision Engine software as a service.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the City to execute an amendment to add Decision Engine software as a service to agreement L30559.
