RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to purchase dresser gas meters from Natural Gas Solutions North America, LLC. for the amount of $131,039.00, payable from fund 520-500-1940-2410-5227 (gas; Public Works and Utilities; customer services; service; utility systems mtc supplies).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a purchase of dresser gas meters from Natural Gas Solutions North America, LLC. for the amount of $131,039.00.
Dresser rotary meters provide precise measurements for higher-capacity gas loads. They integrate with the current technology used in gas meters to ensure seamless data collection. Natural Gas Solutions is a sole source provider of these gas meters that are compatible with the city’s current system.
