CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to enter into an agreement substantially in the form of that attached hereto as Exhibit A, with Duluth-Superior Public Access Community Television, Inc. (PACT) to provide cablecasting, training, production, and administrative services in the year 2018 relating to public access television in Duluth in the net amount of $182,000, to be paid from fund 110-700-1414-5441 (general, transfers and other functions, public access television).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an extension of the 2017 agreement with PACT to provide services for public access television in Duluth. The City paid the same amount ($182,000) to PACT in 2016 and 2017.
