CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an amendment to agreement L30505 with Confluence Inc. to include additional services requested during the design phase and for construction administration services through project completion as detailed in the attached proposal as Exhibit A, for an increase of $198,400.00 and a new total amount not to exceed $599,510.00, payable from fund 450-030-5530-CP450-20BOND-SEAWLL (capital improvements, finance, improvements other than buildings, capital projects - other fund contributions, city & state bonds 2020, Seawall Phase II).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an amendment to agreement L30505 with Confluence Inc. for an increase of $198,400.00. This amendment will cover expenses incurred for design revisions related to changes in the forecasted construction budget and for integrating the logistics of docking cruise ships and security requirements, and will also fund construction administration services, staking and layout, on-site observation, and record drawings for the landscape architecture and civil engineering portions.
