CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute an agency agreement, substantially the same as the attached document A, with LeadsOnLine, LLC, to provide an electronic reporting service for pawn transactions for three years at a fixed annual subscription fee of $11,435 and to make payments pursuant to said agreement and deposit revenues into fund number 110-160-1610-5437 (general fund, police, administration and investigation, automated pawn system).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the proper city officials to execute an agreement with LeadsOnLine, providing for the utilization of an electronic pawn reporting system. LeadsOnLine is a national system with current upgrades and features that will better assist the Duluth Police Department to investigate and respond to theft and related crimes that are commonly associated with pawn transactions.
