CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with WSB LLC for material testing services for 2026 lead service line replacements projects for a total amount not to exceed $51,220.00, payable from fund 510-500-1905-5533; UtilB-2320, 2321, 2322, 2324, & 2325 (water; Public Works and Utilities; capital (incl deprec/debt svc); capital improvements - revenue; utility projects budgeted; High Priority LSLR Phase 2, LSLR Spirit Valley, LSLR Denfeld, LSLR East Hillside 1, & LSLR Endion).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement with WSB LLC for material testing service for 2026 lead service line replacement projects including service line replacements in the Spirit Valley, Denfeld, East Hillside, and Endion neighborhoods as well as priority service replacements across the City. Material testing is a standard, required part of utility construction projects. WSB LLC submitted the highest scoring and lowest cost proposal of the two proposals submitted. The funds are budgeted in fund 510-500-1905-5533; 510-500-1905-5533; UtilB-2320, 2321, 2322, 2324, & 2325 (water; Public Works and Utilities; capital (incl deprec/debt svc); capital improvements - revenue; utility projects budgeted; High Priority LSLR Phase 2, LSLR Spirit Valley, LSLR Denfeld, LSLR East Hillside 1, & LSLR Endion.
