RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF DENNIS EDWARDS AS FIRE CHIEF FOR THE CITY OF DULUTH.

CITY PROPOSAL:
WHEREAS, the chief administrative officer upon the direction of the mayor has recommended the appointment of Dennis Edwards to the position of fire chief; and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the city council confirm this appointment.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council hereby confirms the appointment of Dennis Edwards to the position of fire chief for the city of Duluth.
