CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with JMF Construction, Inc. for the 2016 Citywide Patch and Sidewalk project in the amount of $121,545, payable from Permanent Improvement Fund 411, Department 035 (Capital Projects Accounts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), of which $10,000 will be assessed to benefitting properties. City project no. 1531.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize the 2016 Citywide Patch and Sidewalk project by JMF Construction, Inc. in the amount of $121,545, payable from Permanent Improvement Fund 411, Department 035 (Capital Projects Accounts), Object 5530 (Improvements Other than Buildings), of which $10,000 will be assessed to benefitting properties, city project no. 1531, requisition no. 16-0366. JMF Construction, Inc. was the lowest bidder of the three companies that responded. The engineer’s estimate was $140,000.
