CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to enter an agreement, substantially in the form of attached Exhibit A, with the Greater Downtown Council, d.b.a. Downtown Duluth, granting up to $50,000 for financial support of the comprehensive planning initiative, called Imagine Downtown 2029, payable from fund no. 110-700-1408-5319.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes city officials to utilize city funds to support the Downtown Duluth’s comprehensive planning initiative called Imagine Downtown 2029. The funds will be allocated as follows: $25,000 in 2023 and $25.000 in 2024.
