RESOLUTION ISSUING A TEMPORARY ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO DULUTH AIRSHOW WINGS FOUNDATION, (DULUTH AIR SHOW) 2110 WEST FIRST STREET

CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby issues the following temporary on sale intoxicating liquor license, subject to departmental approvals without any further restrictions:

                      Duluth Airshow Wings Foundation, 2110 West 1^st Street, for July 7^th and 8th, 2018, with Ryan Kern as Manager.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:   The application of the Duluth Airshow Wings Foundation for a temporary on sale intoxicating liquor license has been reviewed by the police department, and the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission reviewed the application at their March 1^7th meeting and is recommending approval.
