RESOLVED, that the Duluth Economic Development Authority (“DEDA”) does hereby adopt the attached schedule of regular meeting dates for the year 2025.

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution adopts a schedule of regular meeting dates for the year 2025 pursuant to Section 3.1 of the Bylaws of DEDA.
