Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes a first amendment to the agreement with Indigo Sports, LLC for management of the Enger Park Golf Course. The amendment extends the original three-year agreement for an additional two years (until December 31, 2027), increases the total amount of the agreement by $196,748 (from $350,076 to $546,824), and enables to the City to obtain golf course maintenance equipment in cooperation with Indigo at a significantly lower price than would be available to the City working on its own.
