Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution is to finalize the 2016 ESGP Program portion of the Community Development program.  The city budgeted $198,305 in Resolution 15-0860R.  When the Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) officially notified the City of the 2016 allocation would be $198,963, which is an increase of $658 from the anticipated amount.  The community development committee considered these revisions and concurred with the recommended award increases.
