Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: Resolutions 23-0056 and 23-0291 provided CDBG funding to Divine Konnections for the purchase of dwelling unit to be used for providing housing to formerly homeless young mothers, this project is called Annie’s House. This project also received funding from Greater Minnesota Housing; which required the dwelling unit to be purchased by a new entity called Annie’s House LLC. To meet Greater Minnesota Housing requirements, the owner of Divine Konnections established the Annie’s House LLC. This resolution is to reallocate the funds from Divine Konnections to Annie’s House LLC. Divine Konnections and Annie’s House LLC have the same ownership. City Staff has reviewed the naming documentation and requirements and has found the documentation sufficient.
