CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the Duluth city council hereby approves the permanent expansion of the designated serving area of the following on sale intoxicating liquor license for the period ending August 31, 2018, subject to departmental approvals:

The Greens Duluth, Inc. (The Break Room), 501 E 4^th Street, to include the area previously used as office space and break room. The area will be used to house two golf simulators. See Attachment A.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: PURPOSE:  The permanent expansion of the designated serving area of the on sale intoxicating liquor license of The Greens Duluth, Inc. (The Break Room) was reviewed and recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their April 4, 2018 meeting.
