CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that contract L30948 with LHB, Inc. for professional engineering services for the Hillside Culvert Repairs Phase 2 Project be amended to include additional construction administration services at staff’s request per the attached proposal for professional services, and will increase the contract amount by an estimated $80,275, for a new total not to exceed $241,259.25 payable from Fund 535-500-1905-5533 (Stormwater, Public Works and Utilities, Capital (incl deprec/debt svc), capital improvements revenue, utility projects budgeted City Project 2217.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends contract L30948 with LHB, Inc. for an increase of $80,275.00 for a new amount of $241,259.25. This amendment is necessary to assist the City with construction administration services (inspection of work and contract administration) during construction.
