CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement, substantially the same as the attached Exhibit A, with the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Duluth (HRA), for housing development services between the HRA and the city’s department of planning and economic development (PED), and authorizes acceptance of a corresponding reimbursement from the HRA in an amount up to $60,0000, said money to be deposited into fund no. 110-132-1301-4644.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the proper city officials to execute an agreement with the Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Duluth (HRA) to provide and coordinate housing development services. This agreement runs for the term of one year and is renewable by mutual agreement. This agreement reaffirms each party’s commitment to coordinating efforts related to housing development in Duluth.
