CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that contract L30789 with MSA Professional Services, Inc., be amended to include additional services per the attached change order, Exhibit A, including construction surveying, construction administration, and inspection services for the Woodland Booster Station Improvements Project, and to increase the amount by an estimated $416,321 for a new total of $756,513 payable from Water Utility Fund 510, Department 500 (Public Works and Utilities), Division 1905 (Capital), Object 5533 (Capital Improvements), city project no. 1988.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends contract L30789 with MSA Professional Services, Inc. by $416,321. This amendment is necessary due to the addition of construction surveying, construction administration, and inspection services to the project. This will be an hourly rate, not to exceed increase. Funding for this project will be through the Minnesota Public Facilities Authority’s Drinking Water Revolving Fund, administer through the City Water Utility Fund 510, Department 500, Division 1905, Object 5533, city project no. 1988.
