CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are authorized to execute an agreement with LHB, INC. for Engineering services for the Campus Connector Segment 6 for an amount not to exceed $138,898 payable from fund 411-035-5530, PI2023-2167 (permanent improvement, capital projects accounts, improvements other than buildings; 2023 permanent improvement projects, Campus Connector Segment 6), State Aid Project No. 118-090-027.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement for design and bidding services for the Campus Connector Segment 6 Project to LHB, INC. for an amount not to exceed $138,898. Street sales tax fund 291, permanent improvement fund 411, storm water funding and water utility funding will be used for design.
The Campus Connector 6 project consists of the installation of a shared use path along Congdon Park Drive from the Lakewalk to East 1st Street.
The City Purchasing Division issued a request for proposals for the project, and received five proposals as listed below. After evaluation and scoring, LHB, Inc. is being recommended for award.
