CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to contract with Cy-Con, Inc. for structural repairs to the Library/Depot parking ramp for a total amount not to exceed $157,659, payable from fund 505-015-1480-2513-5405 (parking fund, Public Administration, off-street parking, municipal lots, parking lot maintenance).
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a contract with Cy-Con, Inc. for structural repairs to the Library/Depot parking ramp for an amount not to exceed $157,659. This work will address necessary repairs to the structure’s parking deck and support system in order to ensure it remains safe and operational.
Purchasing issued an invitation to bid on February 14, 2023, and received six bids as listed below. Cy-Con, Inc. submitted the lowest responsive bid.
