CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with KTM Paving, Inc. for retaining wall replacement and Bridge L5930 erosion control at Tischer Creek in the amount of $195,977.13, payable out of Disaster Recovery Fund 225, Department/Agency 125 (Finance), Division 1803 (Roads and Bridges), Object 5403 (Street Repair and Maintenance), city project no. 1238, flood site no. 501.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes retaining wall replacement and Bridge L5930 erosion control at Tischer Creek by KTM Paving, Inc. in the amount of $195,977.13. KTM Paving, Inc. was the lowest responsible bidder of the four companies that responded. The engineer’s estimate was $190,000. Payable out of Disaster Recovery Fund 225, Department/Agency 125 (Finance), Division 1803 (Roads and Bridges), Object 5403 (Street Repair and Maintenance), city project no. 1238, flood site no. 501, requisition no. 16-0397. This contract is funded 100% by a FEMA disaster assistance grant.
