                     RESOLVED, that Resolution 15-0831 adopting license, permit, fine, penalty and other charges for 2016, be amended to amend the accessory home share fee to $25 per year.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The purpose of this resolution is to lower the annual accessory home share permit fee from $100 to $25 to reduce the overall fee burden for homeowners seeking to participate in the accessory home share market.
