CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the plans for state project nos. 6910-102 (Layout 1) and 6910-103 (Layout 2) for the U.S. Steel Creek and Gogebic Creek culvert replacements adjacent to T.H. 23 within the city limits as state projects have been prepared and presented to the city, and that said plans are on file in the District 1 Minnesota Department of Transportation office, and that said plans be in all things approved.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize the state projects within the city to make improvements to drainage structures adjacent to and crossing Trunk Highway 23. Copies of the layouts are attached. The city’s estimated share is $178,000, with $168,000 to be paid from storm sewer funds and $10,000 to be paid from the water fund. A separate agreement will be brought to council to provide for the reimbursement to MnDOT. City project no. 1769.
