CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to enter into a contract with Zenith Trail Contracting LLC. For the construction of the Hawk Ridge Trail Accessibility Upgrade project in the amount of $137,200.00, payable from 205-130-1220-5530-CM205-HWKRDG-22MMP (Parks Fund-Community Resources-Parks Capital-Improvements Other than Buildings-Cap Mtce Fund 205-Hawk Ridge-Mini-Master Plan)
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes a contract with Zenith Trail Contracting LLC. For the construction of the Hawk Ridge Trail Accessibility Upgrade project in the amount of $137,200.00.
Funding for the project comes from a 2024 LCCMR-Enhancing Preservation and Accessibility at Hawk Ridge Nature Reserve grant of $155,000.
The Purchasing Department issued an invitation to bid for the project on March 23, 2026 and received the only one responsive bid, Zenith Trial Contracting LLC.
