RESOLVED, that the assessment roll levied to defray the assessable portion of the following is hereby confirmed:

(a) Total reconstruction of 10^th Ave E from Superior St to E 5^th St.

Contract 2014001 - total assessable amount of $204,799.20 to be deposited in Fund 440.
