RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A “NO PARKING” ZONE ON RAILROAD STREET FROM CANAL PARK DRIVE TO 5^TH AVE WEST ON-RAMP.

CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that in accordance with the provisions of Section 33-97 of the Duluth City Code, 1959, as amended, the following “No Parking” zone is hereby established:

Railroad Street, from Canal Park Drive extending to 5^th Ave West on-ramp.

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This parking restriction resolution for Railroad Street is meant to formalize the existing “No Parking” zone on Railroad Street from the intersection of Canal Park Drive to the 5^th Ave West on-ramp. The restriction was approved at the Duluth Parking Commission meeting held on April 4, 2025. This “No Parking” resolution is required by MnDOT State Aid in order to proceed with bidding.
