CITY PROPOSAL:
WHEREAS, the city administrator has recommended the appointment of Cari Pedersen to the position of director for the public works and utilities department; and
WHEREAS the City Charter requires the approval of the mayor and the city council for this appointment.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council hereby confirms the appointment of Cari Pedersen to the position of director, public works and utilities department, for the city of Duluth.
