CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that contract L31015 with MSA Professional Services, Inc. for staff augmentation to develop the lead water service inventory for submission to the state department of health, be amended to include additional professional service labor hours totaling $5,622.50., The revised contract will have a new total not to exceed $54,622.50 payable from (Water Utility) Fund 510, Department 500, Division 1930, Cost Center 2303, Object 5303, City Project No. 2210.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution amends contract L31015 with MSA Professional Services, Inc. for an increase of $5,622.50 and a total amount of $54,622.50. This amendment is necessary to compensate for the hours already expended assisting the City with compiling a lead water service inventory for submission to the state department of health.
