CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with George Bougalis & Sons Co., Inc. for the Congdon Boulevard Culvert Lining and Replacement in the amount of $956,358.30, payable out of Stormwater Utility Fund 535, Department/Agency 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 (Capital), Object 5533 (Capital Improvements - Revenue), city project no. 1387.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes Congdon Boulevard stormwater culvert lining and replacement by George Bougalis & Sons Co., Inc. in the amount of $956,358.30. George Bougalis & Sons Co., Inc. was the lowest responsible bidder of the five companies that responded. The engineer’s estimate was $1,000,000. Payable out of Stormwater Utility Fund 535, Department/Agency 500 (Public Works & Utilities), Division 1905 (Capital), Object 5533 (Capital Improvements - Revenue), city project no. 1387, requisition no. 16-0256.
