St. Louis County/Duluth HRA 

 

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution is for the allocation of $12,000 in CDBG Program Administration Funds for the St. Louis County Continuum of Care Coordinated Entry Administration program that is operated by the City of Duluth and St. Louis County and funded through the Duluth HRA.  As stated in 24 CFR Part 576 Subpart E, Emergency Solutions Grant Programs must comply with the Continuum of Care coordinated assessment system. In coordination with St. Louis County additional funds are necessary to meet HUD requirements for this program.
