CITY PROPOSAL:

                     RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to execute a first  amendment to the agreement for services between St. Louis county and the city for FY 2021 Operation Stonegarden (city contract no. 24535) providing for an additional allocation of funds to the city in the amount of $6,634 to be used for Duluth police department law enforcement personnel operational overtime and fringe benefits, for a new total not to exceed $58,727; funds to be deposited into fund number 215-200-2297-4210-02; said first amendment to be substantially the same as the attached Document A.

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes the proper city officials to execute a first amendment to the agreement for services between St. Louis county and the city of Duluth for FY 2021 Operation Stonegarden.  This amendment allocates an additional $6,634 in funding to the city for overtime and fringe benefits for increased services provided by law enforcement personnel under the terms of the grant from the U.S. Department of Public Safety.
