RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXCLUDED BINGO PERMIT TO HOLY FAMILY CATHOLIC CHURCH.

 

CITY PROPOSAL:

                     BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the excluded bingo event at the Holy Family Catholic Church on March 6, 2016 at 2430 W 3rd Street, Duluth, MN 55806 as provided in attachment A.

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, that the city clerk, or the city clerk’s designee, is authorized to execute the required approval on behalf of the city. 

 

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  The application of the Holy Family Catholic Church for an excluded bingo event on March 6th.  The Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco commission reviewed the application at their March 2nd meeting and are  recommending approval.
