CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to execute the first amendment, substantially in the form attached as Exhibit A, to the License Agreement (City contract No. 24090) with the Cyclists of Gitchee Gumee Shores, Incorporated, for the continued maintenance and enhancement of the existing Duluth Traverse Trail through March 31, 2027, at no cost to the City.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the First Amendment to the License Agreement (City contract No. 24090) with the Cyclists of Gitchee Gumee Shores, Incorporated for the continued maintenance and enhancement of the existing Duluth Traverse Trail, at no cost to the City. The amendment extends the term of the agreement to expire on March 31, 2027.
