CITY PROPOSAL:
WHEREAS, the city administrator upon the direction of the mayor has recommended the appointment of Juanita Salinas to the position of director, finance; and
WHEREAS, the City Charter requires the city council confirm this appointment, going into effect on December 1, 2025
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council hereby confirms the appointment of Juanita Salinas to the position of finance director for the City of Duluth
