CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to accept ballistic vest reimbursements from the Minnesota Department of Public Safety in an amount not to exceed $7,774.50 to be deposited in Fund 110-160-1610-4220-02 (General Fund Police Department, Administration & Investigation, Minnesota Operating Grants), per the attached Document A.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes the proper city officials to accept reimbursement of Police Department ballistic vest purchases in an amount not to exceed $7,774.50 from the Minnesota Department of Public Safety for the reimbursement of police department ballistic vest purchases.
