CITY PROPOSAL:

RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized to enter into a contract with A-1 Excavating LLC for the 26th Avenue East and London Road Water Main Relocation Project in the amount of $933,933.00, payable out of Water fund 510, Department/Agency 500, Division 1905, Object 5533, City Project no. 2306.

 

Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes City officials to enter into a contract for the 26th Avenue East and London Road Water Main Relocation Project with A-1 Excavating LLC in the amount of $933,933.00. A-1 Excavating LLC was the lowest responsible bidder of the three companies that responded. The engineer’s estimate was $750,000.00. The construction will use budgeted capital funds payable from Water fund 510, Department/Agency 500, Division 1905, Object 5533, City Project no. 2306. purchase order no. 25-0510.
