Statement of Purpose

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:  This resolution authorizes an amendment to agreement L30801 with AMI Consulting Engineers for an increase of $13,095.00.

Additional services were requested for construction administration and oversight at Brighton Beach and Congdon Boulevard project sites due to extensions of construction work scopes in these areas and the need for installation supervision and contractor coordination.

Funding for this project was received through State Disaster Assistance provided to St. Louis County in order to repair infrastructure damaged by wind and wave action during the November 10th, 2022 storm, and to mitigate damage in future extreme weather.
