CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are authorized to execute an agreement, substantially the same as the agreement attached as Exhibit A, in which the agreement sets out the responsibilities of each party in relation to fire protection and emergency medical, hazardous material and confined space rescue services aboard United States Coast Guard Cutter, Spar, at no cost to the City.

STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution reauthorizes City Officials to enter into an agreement for cooperation and coordination of fire protection and emergency medical, hazardous material and confined space rescue services aboard United States Coast Guard Cutter, Spar.
