CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with St. Louis County, substantially in the form of the attached Exhibit 1, to construct water system improvements in Swan Lake Road from Airbase Road to Haines Road, CP 0724-369579 and CP 0000-533596, city project no. 1950, to be paid from Water Fund 510.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution will authorize an agreement with St. Louis County for construction of water system utility improvements in Swan Lake Road from Airbase Road to Haines Road, CP 0724-369579 and CP 0000-533596, city project no. 1950. The city will pay St. Louis County for actual costs, estimated to be $200,000, from Water Fund 510.
