RESOLUTION APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF AN ON SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE TO WINDWARD RESTAURANT CONCEPTS, LLC

CITY PROPOSAL:
BE IT RESOLVED, that the city council of the city of Duluth hereby approves the transfer of the following liquor license, subject to depart-ment-al approvals, with any further restrictions, and further subject to approval of the liquor control commissioner:
Maggie’s Farm, LLC (The Ripple Bar) to Windward Restaurant Concepts, LLC (The Bridge Cocktail Room) for 325 South Lake Avenue
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: The application of Windward Restaurant Concepts, LLC to transfer the on-sale intoxicating liquor license held by Maggie’s Farm, LLC was reviewed by the Duluth Police Department and was recommended for approval by the Alcohol, Gambling and Tobacco Commission at their May 1 meeting.
