CITY PROPOSAL:
RESOLVED, that the proper city officials are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement with Hitachi Data Systems, substantially in the form of that attached as Exhibit A, for annual support and maintenance of the Citywide camera system in 2016, for an amount not to exceed $71,382, payable from General Fund 110, Public Administration 121, Information Technology 1107 Equipment/Machinery Repair & Mtc 5404.
Statement of Purpose
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE: This resolution authorizes an agreement with Hitachi Data Systems for ongoing hardware and software maintenance of city-owned surveillance equipment throughout the city. Hitachi Data Systems has been providing these services for the city since January 1, 2015.
